In addition to our own extensive network of clients, customers, and agents we will use all typical digital marketing outlets to expose your listing to the largest pool of qualified candidates – Brennan website, Streeteasy, REBNY RLS, Brooklyn MLS, New York Times, and more. To help screen potential tenants we use tenant initiated credit reports and previous rental references in order to ascertain credit worthiness of tenant.

Property Showings.
 
In order to minimize cash flow disruption we will personally show your rental units to prospective tenants prior to lease expiration of the available unit. We will also coordinate with you and your existing tenants so no one is inconvenienced during the process.

Lease Negotiation.
 
We can advise you on lease and rider creation. This property-specific document defines the obligations of both parties and memorializes the terms of the agreement.

Compensation.

 

Even though we represent your interests when rendering this service we are typically compensated by the tenant. Even if the prospective tenant has their own salesperson representing their interests, which they have the right to do, you are not responsible for compensating that salesperson. The bottom line is that this valuable service is at no cost to you.
